This is literally 85% of all drivers in the Bay Area (and 99% of the BMW drivers), regardless of nationality:

Oh yeah. BMW drivers are bloody notorious for that. There are 3 kinds of drivers in Bay Area: The BMW/base model Benz driver, the aggressive driver, and the “let me text while driving”
